Policy Guidelines

1). Absence Cooldown
Should a player be absent for 2 months or more without notifying staff/fellow players and/or making note of their sporadic play schedule will be de-whitelisted.
Players who have been absent for 6 months after notifying staff/fellow players and/or making note of their sporadic play schedule will be de-whitelisted.
Exceptions can occur depending on what the individual communicates in advance.

2) De-Whitelisting Process
Upon being de-whitelisted, players will undergo the following:
Loss of Money: Money (glimmers, slivers, etc) removed from all of characters.

-Loss of Items: Items will be removed and distributed to the active Inkwell player base via the Samira auction or other sources (specifically items that cannot in-fiction be given at Samira).

-Loss of Businesses: Businesses owned by de-whitelisted players will be removed and be owned by the Ardelle(or whatever region’s in charge)’s possession. If an inherited business is large, and the player buying the business already has a large, that player must decide which business would be downgraded to a medium business. Nodes in an inherited business will be handled on a case by case basis.

-Loss of Regions: Regions owned by de-whitelisted players will be removed and be owned by the Ardelle (or whatever region’s government)’s possession and can be bought by other players. Nodes in an inherited region will be handled on a case by case basis.

3) Re-Whitelisting Process
After being de-whitelisted, it is possible to reapply to the server without making another whitelist application. This can be done through a moderation ticket where it can be determined whether the individual needs to re-apply.

NOTE: Items of sentimental value will receive a different treatment: Should a player character have another player that roleplays as their loved ones (siblings, parents, children, lovers/partners), that player will have those sentimental items given and distributed to that player should they want them. Otherwise, they will be distributed as normal.
